Complements your current health care practices

As an Integrative Health Coach, I work with you and your overall health care plan and team that includes biomedical care (conventional medicine) and any other complementary practices that may be part of your health and wellness program.

The role of an Integrative Health Coach is to support you in your health and wellness journey. Integrative Health Coaches support your process so that you make changes that work for you, that matter to you and that fit into your life.

About

Mardi Parelman

I love connecting with the individual needs of my clients and empowering my clients to build and maintain healthy habits for life. I didn't grow up expecting I would be supporting others along their health and wellness journey. Now that I am, there is little else I would rather do.

As an Integrative Health Coach and nutrition professional (see below), I am grounded in biomedicine. In other words, my education and the application of my professional training is based on research, science and evidence-based practice. I also believe that the mind and body are connected and that each dimension of our self impacts our health and well-being.

In January 2020, I took my background in nutrition (see below), passion for health and wellness and the interconnectedness between the mind and body, and took my health coaching practice to the next level. I trained at Duke Integrative Medicine in the Integrative Health Coaching professional development program. I look forward to collaborating with you in support of your health and wellness goals.
